All the dishes are delicious. The stir‑fried seafood and vegetable medley and the braised meatball dish are both outstanding.

My hubby had the day off, and as my friend's mom used to say "It's too hot to cook!" So, we decided to venture out for Chinese food, only to discover our usual go-to restaurant was closed. Undeterred, I looked up alternatives online and found another restaurant whose menu featured appealing lunch specials, so I resolved to step outside my comfort zone and try something entirely new. For years, I'd observed Asian diners enjoying bowls of noodles bathed in a rich, dark sauce. Due to my past experiences in a restrictive religious environment where blood was forbidden, I had always assumed this mysterious black sauce contained blood and steered clear of it entirely. However, since breaking free from those constraints, I've embraced a spirit of culinary adventure and decided it was finally time to try these intriguing black sauce noodles, Zhajiangmian. What a revelation it turned out to be! My husband and I were absolutely delighted with our choice. We ordered two lunch specials along with a small bowl of the Zhajiangmian, which quickly became the star of our meal. The experience exceeded our expectations in every way: we were welcomed with complimentary kimchi and fresh jasmine tea, while every staff member who attended to us was genuinely warm and attentive. The restaurant itself was immaculate and comfortably cool, bustling with satisfied diners who clearly knew what they were doing. Based on this wonderful first impression, I believe we've just discovered our new favorite Chinese restaurant. Sometimes the most rewarding experiences come from stepping beyond our preconceptions and embracing the unknown.

Portions and Prawns are huge. The kimchi is sweet. Mien is umami flavored with chew. Great value and flavor but bathrooms need a makeover. This is conveniently located in a strip mall next to automotive repair and maintenance shops. You can tell they are great value and taste when you see a bunch of business men and their constituents dinning with Tsingtao, Cast and Soju. Make sure you get the 3 flavor Chachiang Jiajang mien and not the regular which has no chunks of shrimp, scallops, squids, and crispy pork. We also added shrimp fried rice and fried meat dumplings. I want to come back to try the sweet and sour pork/chicken and jjambong.
